Terms of Service
Effective August 22, 2026. These terms govern use of the private Dave Parrott content workflow and its connections to social platforms.
Purpose and permitted use
This service is a private content workflow operated by Dave Parrott. It is used to create, review, and publish Dave Parrott’s original content to social accounts that Dave owns or is authorized to manage. It is not offered as a public consumer service.
Account authorization
Only Dave Parrott or a person expressly authorized by him may connect an account or use the service. You must provide accurate authorization and comply with the terms and policies of each connected platform.
Content and responsibility
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant the service only the limited permission needed to process, package, schedule, publish, and measure that content as directed. You are responsible for confirming that content is lawful, accurate, and authorized for publication.
Availability and platform dependencies
The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Publishing depends on third-party platforms and may fail, be delayed, or be removed under their rules. No uninterrupted availability or specific audience result is guaranteed.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to access accounts without permission, violate law or platform rules, infringe rights, distribute malware, misrepresent identity, or publish deceptive, abusive, or unlawful material.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided as available and without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Dave Parrott is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or platform-caused losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
