Privacy Policy
Effective August 22, 2026. This policy explains the limited information handled by the private Dave Parrott content workflow.
Scope
This policy applies to the private workflow used by Dave Parrott to create, review, publish, and evaluate his original social content. The workflow is not offered for public account registration.
Information processed
The service may process account identifiers, authorization tokens, profile or channel information, original media and text supplied for publication, content-package details, approvals, publishing status, platform post identifiers and URLs, error records, and performance metrics made available by connected platforms.
How information is used
Information is used only to authenticate connected accounts; prepare, approve, publish, schedule, and track content; prevent duplicate publication; diagnose failures; measure performance; improve future content recommendations; and protect the security and integrity of the workflow.
Sharing
Information is sent to TikTok, Meta, Google/YouTube, or another connected platform only when needed to perform an authorized action or retrieve permitted account and content data. Service providers that host or transmit the workflow may process limited information on Dave Parrott’s behalf. Personal information is not sold, rented, or used for third-party advertising.
Storage and security
Credentials are kept in access-restricted storage and are not intentionally placed in prompts, public pages, source code, or operational logs. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Authorization credentials are retained only while the related integration remains enabled. Content records and audit history are retained as reasonably needed for publishing integrity, security, troubleshooting, and performance learning. Access can be revoked through the connected platform, and deletion requests may be sent to the contact below. Records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, or recovery from publication errors.
Your choices
You may revoke platform access through the relevant TikTok, Meta, or Google account settings. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with the workflow. Revoking access stops future platform actions but may not remove content already published.
Children
The service is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the workflow or platform requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to coach@knowingbeyondknowledge.com.
